And you thought we weren't going to have a contest this year!  Better late than never, kids!  All good things to those who wait...

This year, Theme Park Adventure is very excited to present a Halloween Haunt contest so ghoulish that we had to name it "Scream and Scream Again!"  Why?  The Grand Prize winner will not only get to experience the Scary Farm free on Halloween Night - there is a very unique and very rare opportunity in the offering this year, as Knott's celebrates the 35th anniversary of the world's largest Halloween event.

But before we spill our guts and tell you what you're going to be in the running for, let's get a few basics straight...

• All contest entrants must be 18 years of age or older.  Proof of age will be verified upon receiving prizes.

• Participants will be responsible for getting to and from Knott's Berry Farm; neither Knott's nor Theme Park Adventure provide any transportation to or from the event.

• Prizes are non-transferable.  I.D. verification is a must for all winners before participating in any Haunt-related promotions.

• Neither Theme Park Adventure nor Knott's Berry Farm/Cedar Fair, Ltd. are responsible for any personal injury or loss related to any aspect of this contest.

• No member of the Theme Park Adventure team nor any of their immediate family members are eligible to participate in this contest.  This contest is not open to any employees of Cedar Fair, Ltd. nor any immediate members of their families.

• All winners are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner that reflects positively on themselves as well as Theme Park Adventure at all times while on property at Knott's Berry Farm.  Should this not happen, said individual(s) will not be permitted to participate in any future Theme Park Adventure promotion and/or may be removed from Knott's Halloween Haunt.

• All dates and prizes are non-negotiable; if your schedule prevents you from participating in this contest, do not apply.  Give the chance to someone that can participate on the specified date.

• Individuals may only apply once to this contest.  Repeat applications will void out all entries from that user.  Only one entry per person.  There will be no exceptions.

• Parking fees at Knott's Berry Farm are not included; where you stash your ride is your responsibility.

BUT WAIT... THERE'S MORE!

Sure, attending Halloween Haunt on Halloween Night itself will be a scream in itself.  However, the contest is called Scream and Scream Again.  So then, what is the "again" part of this contest?

The GRAND PRIZE winner will have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to cross the Veil during this 35th anniversary of Haunt and become a monster for a night!  Our GRAND PRIZE winner will become a resident of THE ASYLUM for several hours, adding to the mayhem and madness that dwells within the walls of the Mangler Asylum!

Your date with The Asylum will precede your night as a guest on Halloween; the gory details of your big night will be worked out between you and Knott's Berry Farm management.  This is a prize - a very special prize - and is not a paid gig.  At the end of the night, you will have memories that will last a lifetime!
